You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time
you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the
property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking
preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late
arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access
and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be
handled directly between you and the property.
The Sand Castle is located 20 miles from the Brownsville Airport. An ideal destination for the business and leisure traveler, this hotel is minutes to many of the city's attractions. Convenient attractions include Gladys Porter Zoo, Island Equestrain Center, Beach Riding Outpost and Laguna Madre Nature Walk. The Said Towers provides quick and easy access to the Port Isabel Historic Museum, Isla Blanca Park, Ben's Fun and Go and Three Flags over Padre. This two story low rise building features 65 bayside efficiency and one bedroom apartments. Each apartment is tastefully appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and private patio or balcony. The hotel majestically sits on gorgeous tropically landscaped grounds. The Sand Castle offers two swimming pools, private clubhouse, a lighted fishing pier and boat slips. Experience the ultimate in refined customer service, from a team of professional and friendly staff. All arrivals for Island Services need to check in at 1700 Padre Blvd. Wrist bands are for anyone between the ages 13 29. Wrist bands are the following: Bahia Mar $25.00 per person Florence I $25.00 per person Palms Resort $10.00 per person La International $15.00 per person The resort requires a $50.00 per person security deposit due upon check in during Spring Break. The fee is refunded at check out pending no damages to the unit. Directions for late arrivals: Guest still must come to the Island Services location at 1700 Padre Blvd. Outside the main entry door is a metal lock box located on the right side. Once you reach the lock box please enter the code of 7610 to open the lock. Inside will be an envelope with guest name on it containing keys, directions, parking permit and emergency number in case of any problems. Stop by the office the following morning to register. Please note that 1 Night reservations are not accepted at this property.
